Our mobile based ticketing system is designed to handle unlimited tickets over multiple projects across overlapping teams in an organisation. The App provides a clean ticketing dashboard across projects for the team members. One can add, view and manage tickets; add, view and manage projects and the administrator can add and edit members and their allocation to projects.
